1. My Toolbox
Address Book*
Store contacts in your e-Expressions Address Book to make sending a breeze! Import thousands of contacts
from your CRM database into e-Expressions for easier sending. Create lists within your address book to send
'mass mailings' to many contacts at once**! Send from Personal and Company Address Books. Sort contacts by
a number of variables, and search for specific contacts. Available in ascending and descending order.

(**Note: Because of e-Expressions' special personalization technology, even if a message is sent to a list,
the message appears to the recipient to be addressed only to them.)
Personal Report
Use this handy account overview for reporting and strategic analysis. Account Supervisors can also view an Account
Report, which details the sending record for all account users. Your Personal report will enable you to:

- Track which ecard and emessages you sent, to whom, and when.
- Sort data by ecard/emessage name, recipient type, and sent date in ascending and descending order.
- View data for specific dates or periods of time, or view the entire account send-to history.

My Profile
Edit and re-save your personal account information, including login names and passwords.
Date & Time Delivery Scheduler
Schedule ecards and emessages to be sent over a year in advance! You'll also receive a notification
email on the day the message(s) are sent, to remind you that your scheduled message was delivered.
Review, edit, and delete scheduled messages anytime!
2. ecard Template Messages
Save time and typing with ecard template messages! To create a template, choose an ecard and create a message
that you want to template. Before sending the ecard, click the 'Save As Template' button. To send a template
message, mouse over 'ecards' to reveal the 'templates' link. Click on 'templates' to access and send your template!
3. Custom-designed ecards*:
Announce a special event, promote a new product or service, launch a marketing promotion… do it all
(and more) with e-Expressions custom-designed ecards! Bring your ideas to the table, and we'll custom-design
and develop an ecard to knock their socks off. Send custom cards like the other e-Expressions ecards - just mouse
over the 'ecards' tab to reveal the 'custom cards' link. Click on that link to access and send your custom card!
Must be an e-Expressions Member to order a custom card.
